About Us​

As a leading China supplier and manufacturer of honed tubes, chrome plated bar, chrome plated tubes, Yiwu Hydraulics has more than 20 years’ experience in producing high-precision honed tubes, honed tubing, chrome plated bars, and chrome plated tubes for all hydraulic applications. We built two factories, one is the honed tube factory, and the other is the chrome plated bar factory. Our 65,000 square meter facility includes a 55,000 square meter building, of which 50,000 square meters is dedicated production space. Our factories manufacture over 20,000 tons of cold drawn seamless tubes, honed tubes (hydraulic cylinder tubes), and 35,000 tons of chrome plated rods, chrome plated tubes every year.

Our Honed Tube Factory​

Our honed tube factory was found in the year 2004, mainly manufactures honed cylinder tubes, cold drawn seamless tubes and chrome plated tubes.

At our state-of-the-art honed tube manufacturing facility, we utilize advanced machinery and inspection tools to produce high-quality products. With a production capacity of approximately 2000 tons per month, our honed tubes are exported to various countries for use in hydraulic cylinders. We have built a strong reputation among customers in the USA, Russia, Australia, Mexico, Vietnam, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil and beyond.

Our Chrome Plated Bar Factory​

Our chrome plated bar factory was built in the year 2001, focused on manufacturing chrome plated bar, induction hardened chrome plated rods, chrome plated hollow rods. Our chrome rods are widely used for hydraulic cylinders and various machinery parts.

Located near our honed tube factory, our chrome plated bar facility offers customers the convenience of purchasing both chrome plated bars and honed tubes in one place. With 10 state-of-the-art manufacturing workshops dedicated to various processes, our chrome plated bar factory ensures high-quality products. Our chrome plated rods are in demand worldwide, with exports to countries such as the USA, Europe, Australia, Russia, Vietnam and so on.
