As the professional honed tube manufacturer and supplier, our company Yiwu Hydraulics Co., Ltd has been focused on manufacturing honed tubes, chrome plated rods, and chrome plated tubes for hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders since the year of 1995. And now, we have grown up to the leading hydraulic cylinder tube suppliers and chrome plated bar suppliers in China.
Our company is consist of one honed tubing factory and one chrome plated bar factory, with around 350 workers. Every year, we produce cold drawn seamless tubes, honed tubes / honed steel tubing for cylinders of more than 20,000 tons, and we manufacture chrome plated rods and hollow rods of more than 15,000 tons every year.
Main Products
1. Honed tube for hydraulic cylinder
Our factory manufactures honed tubes / honed cylinder tubes with inside diameter from 32 mm to 800 mm.
The production capacity of our honed tube factory is 20,000 metric tons. Honed tubes are mostly used as hydraulic cylinder tubes to make hydraulic cylinders.
2. Hard chrome plated bar
Our factory also produces hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic piston rod, the size range is diameter 6 mm to 800 mm.
The capacity of chrome plated bar is 15000 tons annual.
3. Chrome plated hollow bar
This product is also known as Chrome Plated OD Tubing.
Our factory is also the high-quality chrome plated tube manufacturer and supplier. We produce and supply chrome plated tubes from I.D 32 MM to 800 MM. The chrome plated layer can be from 10 microns to 30 microns on customers’ request.
4. Cold drawn seamless steel tubes
Our factory manufactures and supplies CDS tubes for producing honed tubing, and other purpose such as mechanical tubes, hydraulic tubes and boiler tubes and so on.
Quality Control
As the quality focus honed tube manufacturer, our factory had established mature quality management system. Processes from raw materials incoming quality control to final product quality control and even the packing and loading, every process that effects the quality is well controlled under the QMS system.
We established a quality management department with 20+ people, and we have complete sets of inspection instruments and facilities to inspect the honed steel tubing.
