Honed Tube Factory
In 1996, our state-of-the-art honed tube factory was founded, prioritizing cutting-edge management techniques and technologies. Boasting almost three decades of expertise in crafting honed tubes and precision steel tubes, we have solidified our position as a top producer in the field.
Covering an expansive 30,000 square meters, our factory includes a production facility spanning 25,000 square meters. With a capacity exceeding 20,000 tons, we are equipped to fulfill the diverse needs of our clientele with cold-drawn seamless tubes, honed tubes, and hydraulic cylinder tubes.
Chrome Plated Bar Factory
Established in the year 2000, our chrome plated bar factory has quickly risen to become the top manufacturer of chrome plated rods in the industry. Spanning over 35000 square meters, our factory has the capacity to produce an impressive 30,000 tons of chrome plated rods and 5000 tons of chrome plated hollow rods annually.

Our steel honed tubing and chrome plated hard bar manufacturing machines including:
- CNC honing machine: These machines are used to hone the inner diameter of steel tubes to achieve a smooth surface finish and precise dimensions. They are equipped with advanced controls to ensure consistent and accurate honing results.
- Skiving and roller burnishing machines: These machines are used to skive and roller burnish the outer diameter of steel tubes to improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy. They are capable of achieving tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes.
- CNC turning machines: These machines are used to turn and polish the chrome plated bars to achieve a smooth surface finish and precise dimensions. They are equipped with precision tools and controls to ensure the production of high-quality chrome plated bars.

As a leading hydraulic honed tube manufacturer, our factory produces honed tubes with an inner diameter range of 32mm to 762mm.
Our honed tube metric and imperial sizes are available for reference.
With a production capacity of 20,000 metric tons, our honed tubes are primarily utilized in the creation of hydraulic cylinders.
– Hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic cylinder piston rods.
Our factory also produce hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic piston bar, the available size range is 6 mm to 800 mm.
The capacity of chrome plated bar for our factory is 2000 tons each month.
– Chrome plated tubes / chrome plated hollow bars
In addition to honed tubes, our factory specializes in the production of high-quality chrome plated tubes. We offer these tubes with outer diameters ranging from 20 MM to 800 MM, and the thickness of the chrome plated layer can be customized according to customer specifications, with a range from 10 microns to 100 microns.
– Cold drawn seamless steel tubes
We are the professional cold drawn seamless steel tubes in China. Our factory manufactures and supplies CDS tubes for producing honed tubing, and other purpose such as mechanical tubes, hydraulic tubes and boiler tubes and so on. These CDS tubes are made with the latest technology to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.
